Tips for visitors
- Buy locally, in small amounts. Do not fly with CBD flowers or hash, especially to the US or through Sint Maarten: see is CBD legal in St Barts.
- Do not drive after using CBD — including scooters and boats. Traces of THC can be detected in roadside tests in France and St Barts, and that is an offence.
- Keep your products out of the sun: heat and humidity spoil flowers quickly. Store them in an airtight glass jar indoors.
- Be discreet on beaches, which are public family places. Enjoy your CBD on your villa terrace instead.
